As part of its 2026 strategic roadmap, the Global LegalTech Hub is pleased to announce the appointment of Ana Martínez Enguídanos as Global Leader of Institutional Alliances at GLTH.

She currently serves as Secretary General and Director of Institutional Relations at WLW | Women in a Legal World, where she is also a founding member. In addition, she combines her institutional work with academic activity as Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Professor at the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica de la UCM, contributing to the development of legal talent in areas such as corporate legal advice, sustainability and artificial intelligence.

In her new role at the GLTH, Ana will lead the coordination of GLTH’s public affairs strategy and its relationships with governments, public administrations, universities and international organizations, reinforcing the hub’s institutional dimension at a global level.

This appointment responds to a clear evolution of the legaltech ecosystem.

Legaltech is no longer only a matter of technology or market dynamics. It is increasingly connected to regulation, public policy, education systems and institutional frameworks. Building structured, long-term relationships in this space is becoming essential.

Ana brings a strong background in legal-institutional environments, strategic governance and institutional relations with public administrations. Throughout her career, she has promoted strategic alliances with academic, professional and social organizations, with a focus on institutional modernization, organizational efficiency and reputation building.

Her mandate at GLTH will focus on:

▪️ Structuring and scaling GLTH’s relationships with public institutions and governments

▪️ Strengthening collaboration with universities and academic ecosystems

▪️ Connecting international organizations with the legaltech ecosystem

▪️ Facilitating institutional frameworks such as MoUs to enable long-term cooperation

▪️ Aligning public and private actors within a neutral and collaborative environment

“Ana represents exactly the type of leadership this phase requires,” says Albert Ferré, Vice President and CEO of GLTH. “Her ability to understand institutions and translate that into real collaboration will be key to strengthening GLTH as a global connector between innovation and the public sphere.”

With this appointment, GLTH continues to consolidate its role as a neutral, global platform capable of connecting not only companies, startups and legal professionals, but also the institutions that shape the future of the legal sector.

Welcome to GLTH, Ana!
